Good location next to kinsky gdns,short 10 min walk to charles bridge,20/25 min to old town,which we walked daily,best way to see prague.would stay again.

This hotel is five mins walking from the train station. And you can walk almost or take the metro almost evrywhere. We're very satisfied with this hotel. The staff was nice and they led us check in early.

i've never stayed at a best western hotel... i was a westin/shearaton girl only! but was extremely pleased! breafast was stellar, typical european spread... staff was excellent, stay here if you don't want to pay a arm and a leg to stay in the "downtown" area and if you want to get a quiet night of sleep! ... cabs were arranged at a fixed price to drive you downtown and very cheap, even cheaper than getting a room downtown and walking... pay the extra 400 krona (about 20 usd) to put your car in a secure lot down the road... (ask the desk staff)... room was clean, bed was comfy, water pressure in the shower was great... the usual size of rooms in europe... i give it 4.5 stars... 5 if they would have had better hairdryers in the room. :)

We spent three nights at this hotel and I can only speak highly of it. The staff we helpful and friendly specially the breakfast staff. The buffet breakfast was excellent with hot and cold food available. Our rooms were on the top floor on the corner of the building and once the windows were shut there was silence! The room itself was clean and was tended to daily with a chocolate left each evening. The position of the hotel was ideal for us, not right in the centre but a very pleasant ten minute walk along either side of the river. The restaurants in the local area were good value with varied menus. We found Prague a beautiful city with friendly people and will definitely return and stay at the BW Kinsky Gardens.

Recently spent a weekend break at this hotel which is well situated within walking distance of all the main sites about 10mins from Charles Bridge and 15 mins from old town. Trams run from the end of the street so everwhere is accesible. The Hotel is very well presented with good clean rooms and good size bathroom with toiletries provided. The breakfast room was very good with a good selection of hot & cold buffet. The hotel staff were friendly & helpful and Tea/coffee facilities are available free of charge when you ask at reception but on a first come /first served basis. I would certainly stay here again especially as the rates are half what you would pay in the old town.

great location and nice hotel. Little noisy due to lack of insulation around water pipes, but did not keep me from sleeping. Confusion as to whether the hotel charged for local calls, I was told they were free but I was charged at the end. This was probably a problem in communication and not a huge deal. Loved the location. Previously I have stayed closer to the historical center, but I actually prefer this location and the price was great.

Great location-took us 40mins to get from the airport to the hotel door via bus,metro and tram at a cost of 3 quid! Lots of good restaurants nearby-10 mins walk on Vitezna.Charles Bridge 15 mins via river walk-but very busy.Overall really enjoyed even if it was freezing!

This hotel is well placed to walk to all the tourist attractions of Prague. It is also handy for a run up the hill. Food in the hotel is good and there are many other good restaurants in easy walk.

Lovely hotel, clean, great service and nice rooms. Brilliant location for all the popular sites of Prague.

Great hotel with friendly staff, room very clean and comfortable Excellent breakfast. Staff very friendly and helpful. (the porter even found out the Leeds United football result and rang our room) Good position very easy to get around all of Prague. Would recommend

Room was really nice, spacious & clean. Not much of a view from the particular room we stayed in but that didnt really bother us. En-suite was gorgeous. Whirlpool shower unit was a nice way to unwind after a day of trecking around the beautiful city. The Hotel itself is located in a quieter area of the city and if you dont mind a shourt walk into the centre, its perfect. located about 20mins walk from Prague castle and about the same from old town square.

Clean hotel room, queen size beds, fresh linens daily, and decent TV. Breakfast is pretty decent too.. Decent hotel for a 3 night stay in November by yourself. Not a four star by US standards. Perhaps barely a 3 star. Although, if I go next, I'd like to stay closer to Old town square, if going as a couple, at a more romantic spot. Decent, clean hotel overall.

The hotel staff were very warm and friendly upon arrival. They were very knowledgeable and informative about the city. The rooms were kind of tight, but the beds were very comfortable. The price wasn't too bad either, especially since the 3rd night was free of charge. The hotel was located in a fairly good area. It was within walking distance of pretty much everything worth seeing in the city.

This hotel was perfect for us. Ideally priced, excellent service and all in close proximity of the main city sights. The room was clean and adequate. This made the stay all the more enjoyable.

The hotel was nicely situated, clean , warm and comfy. It would have been beneficial to have had tea and coffee making facilities in the room as we wrrived very late due a delay and was parched! Breakfast was ok... found the staff at breakfast to be very harrassed and not very polite or helpfull at all. Was told when i asked for a glass to wait they were busy, i Had at this point already had to hunt down my own cultery and cup and saucer ! The reception staff were helpfull, as were the bar staff and the waiter in the evening.Adequate accomadation for a budget break.

Good location enabling you to walk to all of the main attractions within a short space of time. Good value food available in the small restaurants in the streets on the hotel side of the river. Helpful staff and the hotel provides good quality accommodation.

Even though it's not centrally located, there are four lines of trams nearby that would take you to most of city sights include door to door service to prague's two train stations. You may also walk to old town which would take a nice 20 minutes walk. Breakfast were excellent, staff were very helpful. There's free internet upstairs in the hallway. There's one large shopping center about five minutes away.

The service is very informal for a 4 star hotel and it is very far from the old town. I would rather stay in a hotel closer to the city. But overall the hotel is not bad.

Highly recommended for a stay in the quieter area of the city. Petrin Park, the Castle etc, Charles bridge and the river all within comfortable walking distance (if not so mobile then public transport close by). All aspects of the hotel were fine - from rooms to restaurant. Would have no hesitation in staying here again.

This is an excellent value hotel located within a short tram ride of the best bits of Prague. We were met at the door and our luggage carried to the room. Reception staff were all very knowledgeable and helpful, speaking excellent English. Our room was very comfortable and spotlessly clean. Breakfast was a help yourself buffet of excellent quality. Wouldn't hesitate to return.

Ett mycket bra hotell för ganska billig peng. Rummen är rena och rymliga utrustade med air condition, lcd tv, mini bar, gratis wifi m.m. Sängen var mycket skön och det fanns extra kuddar i skåpet. Badrummet var stort med duschkabin Frukost buffén var perfekt och hade allt man kan önska, frukost tiden var mellan 7-11 vilket jag tycker är perfekt. Hotellet ligger i ett mycket lugnt område och det tar väl drygt 10-15 minuter att promenera till Karlsbron och andra sevärdheter. Det finns ett jätte stort köpcenter nerför gatan med öppettider fram till midnatt. Detta är mitt självklara val om jag skulle återkomma till Prag

Das Hotel ist gute Mittelklasse mit Fernsehprogrammen in Czech, Italienisch, Deutsch und Französich. Eine vergessene Flasche mit Reinigungsmittel und das zum Teil etwas durchgesessene Mobiliar in der Hotel-Lobby waren meine einzigen Kritikpunkte, ansonsten alles wie erwartet incl. des kleinen aber feinen Einzelzimmers. Den Blick aus dem Fenster konnte man sich sparen, der war mir aber auch nicht wichtig.

Vi ankom før den egentlig fastsatte check-in tid, men ingen problemer - vores værelse var klart. Et meget dejligt og rent værelse, med alt hvad vi behøvede. Personalet var utrolig hjælpsomme, og havde svar på alt hvad vi spurgte om. F.eks. fik vi aflyst en forudbestilt tur til Terezin, men på blot 10 min. havde de ringet rundt, og arrangeret en ny tur for os - med afhentning ved hotellet, og til stort set samme pris. Morgenmaden var veltillavet og rigelig, og en rigtig hyggelig "spisesal". Ligger lidt væk fra by-midten (10-15 min. gang), så dejlig roligt om aftenen/natten, Vi kommer bestemt igen.

Ein wirklich gutes Hotel in guter Lage Prags. Alle Sehenswürdigkeiten sind bequem per Fuss zu erreichen. Insgesamt sehr empfehlenswert.

Hotel molto carino,in una buona posizione, a 5 minuti dai mezzi pubblici, va bene anche per coloro ai quali piace passeggiare perchè è vicino al centro(circa 15 minuti). E' in una zona tranquilla e silenziosa. La colazione è ricca e varia, le stanze sono molto pulite e il personale è gentile e disponibile (parlano l'inglese ma qualcuno capisce l'italiano). Ve lo consiglio, non vi pentirete.

Das Hotel liegt zentral, die Zimmer sind sauber und schön. Insgesamt ist das Hotel sehr schön eingerichtet und beim Frühstücksbuffet ist für jeden Geschmack etwas dabei. Nicht gut war der Service an der hoteleigenen Bar. An einem Abend war kein Barkeeper da, am nächsten gab es keine Cocktails, da das Eis fehlte. Aber auch der Preise wegen sollte man Cocktails lieber außerhalb des Hotels trinken. Insgesamt ist das Hotel zu empfehlen.

God og meget centralt beliggende hotel og service tilfredsstillende. 15 min. til fods til Hradcany og Karlsbroen.

Vi hade en mycket trevlig vistelse på Hotel Kinsky Garden. Fint hus i lugnt område precis invid Petrinkullen, trevlig personal som var lätt att ha att göra med.

Fikk utrolig mye for pengene, supert for alle som gjerne tar en 20 minutters spasertur inn til sentrum.

Kjempeservice fint hotell, 15 min gåing til sentrum, og et kjempestort kjøpesenter 10 min.en av betjeningen snakker norsk.

Alt fungerede perfekt. Meget hyggelige rammer. Hotellet med til at forstærke en god oplevelse i Prag.

Veldig bra service, rommet og badet var veldig rent, god frokost.

Rolig beliggenhed, rart hotel lige ved park og tæt på sporvognsstoppested, hvorfra man er i centrum på få minutter.

A 10-15 minutes à pied du Pont Charles, cet hôtel est situé dans un quartier très tranquille (excellente isolation phonique de toute façon). A recommander !

Meget god service i receptionen og de ansatte. Hyggelig morgenmadsrestaurant og veludstyrede værelser. Ingen støj trods det at hotellet lå i gåafstand til alt !! Fint med både parkering mod gebyr og parkering uden gebyr med opsyn ! Klart et hotel vi vil vende tilbage til. Vi gik til alt - brugte ikke de offentlige transportmidler. Eneste minus er lidt hårde madrasser i sengene og at baren er ret dyr hvis man sammenligner med andre barer i Prag.

Godt, hyggeligt og velholdt hotel med god betjening. Ti til 15 minutters gang til Karlsbroen. Lige ved Petrinenehøjens grønne områder.

Hotel ist sauber und hat einen ordentlichen Service, Zimmer sind ein wenig klein, reichen für den kurzen Aufenthalt aber gut aus, daher keine 5 Punkte sondern wohlgemeinte 4 in der Gesamtbewertung.

Godt placeret i forhold til centrum, 15 minutters gang

In Praag had ik, ondanks een karig ontbijt, een prima verblijf. Het hotel en de kamer waren in perfecte staat. Het personeel attent en vriendelijk. Helaas kon ik de temperatuur zonder de hulp van de airco niet regelen. Alle radiatoren waren uit en toch was de kamer te warm. Voor mij een reden om, ondanks de positieve indruk, hier niet terug te komen.

Mycket bra hotell, beläget i ett lugnt område, trevlig personal, nära till centrum och ännu närmre till lokalt restaurangområde. Spårvagnar och bussar alldeles i närheten. Parkeringsmöjlighet, bör dock förbokas.
